Anxiety, Depression & Self-esteem
Anxiety, depression and low self-esteem symptoms can be hard to spot because you can be a high achiever, and a fully functional and successful adult and still experience these symptoms. Anxiety symptoms can manifest as social anxiety and imposter syndrome that disrupt your life and make it harder to have significant social relationships, feel connected and confident to create the life that you want to experience.
You may wonder, what is categorized as anxiety and/or depression? An array of symptoms can be, but some of the ways to recognize it may be: difficulty dealing with relationships, low self-image, relying on alcohol to cope and experience social anxiety and imposter syndrome.
Other symptoms are: frequent or paralyzing sadness you can’t seem to shake off, if you find yourself worrying “too much”, being highly nervous or on edge most of the time, insomnia, over or under eating, decreased energy, difficulty concentrating, difficulty making decisions (almost obsessing) and general unhappiness. These are some of the experiences that get in the way of reaching your true potential and feel at free and at ease in your life.
