Anxiety, Depression and challenges with different Life-transitions can be hard to spot because you can be a high achiever, and a fully functional and successful adult and still experience these symptoms. Anxiety symptoms can manifest as social anxiety and imposter syndrome that disrupt your life and make it harder to have significant social relationships, feel connected and confident to create the life that you want to experience.
