Im Maria, and I’m glad you’re here. I have 15 years of experience in the therapy field and have expertise in a therapeutic method called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to bring clarity, ease, and a path forward to all of my clients. My practice provides you with life changing tools that are geared towards finding meaningful and realistic solutions to your life.
