I accept Lyra Health

The fee for each therapy session is $200, and I accept credit cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for payment. Therapy is more than just a session—it’s an investment in yourself and your overall well-being. The tools and insights you gain in therapy don’t just help in the moment; they become lifelong skills that empower you to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. However, I understand the importance of making therapy accessible, and I offer monthly Superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

How It Works:

✔ Payment is due at the time of service.
✔ At the end of each month, I will provide you with a Superbill (an itemized receipt with necessary details for insurance submission).
✔ You can submit the Superbill to your insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan.

I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
